Must Have - Skills:
Technical:
- Atleast 5 years of hands on experience on developing .NET applications on VSTO, WCF and WPF.
- Excellent knowledge in relational database design (specifically Oracle). Excellent SQL and PLSQL skill using Oracle database.
- Strong Object-Oriented Design (OOD)/Object-Oriented Programming (OOP) skills.
- Candidate is expected to understand the code and unearth dependencies
Non-Technical:
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Good problem solving and analytical skills
- Take ownership of any task from requirement gathering to implementation without or minimum assistance.
- Participating in testing and updating the business continuity plan
- The flexibility to work outside of normal working hours to meet deadlines.
- The ability to understand team dynamics and use interpersonal skills and personal judgment to achieve goals
Nice to Have - Skills :
- Experience in Banking domain.
- Working knowledge on MVC.
- Experience designing SharePoint/MOSS/Power View solutions.
- Knowledgeable with Configuration Management concepts and tools (SVN).
- SDLC/ITIL/ITSM understanding is desired
- Previous experience working with Agile/SCRUM environment utilizing Test Driven Development (TDD) methodologies
