Job Description: - BS/BA or Masters Degree in Engineering, Computer Science or equivalent
- 7+ years programming experience required, preferably in building enterprise web solutions. 3+ years of experience with .NET/C# and agile is desired. Experience implementing and extending enterprise applications, application frameworks and tool sets across portals, UI's, services and databases
- Expertise in .Net, C#, Object Oriented Design, ASP.NET (Web Forms, MVC, Web Services, Web API), ADO.NET, XML, n-tier Architecture, HTML, JavaScript, Ajax, Debugging, SOAP/REST, SQL Server, SSIS for ETL
- Modern architectural styles & patterns such as SOA, MVC
- An understanding of dependency injection, inversion of control and other such patterns
- Experience with unit, integration, and system testing
- Practicing test driven development (TDD) or behavior driven development (BDD)
- Object relational mapping frameworks such as Entity Framework or Hibernate
- JavaScript MV* frameworks such as AngularJS, Backbone, or Knockout
- Experience working with and tuning relational databases like SQL Server
- Enterprise solutions development experience is a plus
- Automotive dealership industry experience is a plus
- Experience working as part of onshore/offshore teams is highly desirable
- Must possess a passion for technology with the ability to excite and motivate other team members in the organisation
- Ability to iteratively and incrementally improve both products and processes
