Position Summary:
Should have hands on exposure of Project/Product Life cycle Management especially on C#.Net, Application Servers, MS SQL Server, Web Technologies, AngularJS, Node.Js.
Product Development: Do R&D, generate proof of concepts for the product ideas, Technology feasibility check, involve in the product development.
Process/Quality Management: Ensuring superior delivery quality, performance and continuous improvement.
Team & Resource Management: Hiring, Appraisals, Retention, Training, Team motivation and strong team connect, Optimize the mix of resources to - obtain maximum results at minimal cost, mentoring and guiding the team for their development.
Communication Management: Keeping the leadership and stakeholders informed about all engagement metrics at all times, Dashboard reporting.
Problem Solving: Solves project issues and risks (technical and non-technical) through identification, evaluation, tracking, communication and mediation.
Risk Management: Monitor, manage and mitigate the project risks.
Assist teams with problem triage, coordination with various technical teams.
Resolve issues with application-level service performance.
Identify, sponsor and implement continuous improvement initiatives within organisation.
Solid organizational skills and focus on accuracy and attention to detail.
