This is a role for UX Design Lead, please find the job description below - User Experience Design Lead The Emirates Group is looking for a highly creative and delivery focused user experience design leader to join our digital transformation team. This leadership role will champion the user experience strategy and design, and focus on bringing together various streams of work to create a first of its kind and highly persuasive digital user experiences. You will be working in a collaborative multiple team scrum environment alongside the product, architecture and solution design teams, and lead a team of UX specialists to deliver new experiences through visually engaging artefacts, from user journeys to participatory design prototypes & wireframes. Job Role • A thought leader in the UX space, adopt agile UX methodologies and design thinking to facilitate co-creation workshops with product teams and stakeholders to define innovative user experiences on our digital platforms.
• Lead the experience design vision, demonstrate features and end user workflows through mocks and prototypes, and gain alignment and buy-in from cross functional teams and stakeholders. • Formulate and present a behavioral segmentation that has its basis in end user usage and behavior data, and that is detailed and specific enough to guide experience design decisions. • Establish experience design metrics, conduct ongoing end user experience reviews to ensure the design meets the intended goals and benefits to the end user and the business. • Actively collaborate with scrum masters from other scrum teams towards common goals and deliverables for the transformation programme.
• Leverage insights gained from user research, building prototypes and usability evaluations to iterate and improve the technical and experiential quality of user interfaces. • Define and drive a roadmap that includes a prioritization schema to introduce new features/capabilities from MVP to future state with the goal of continuous improvement to customer engagement and user experiences. Qualifications • 10+ years of experience with a demonstrable portfolio in global product development labs in an agile environment. Strong preference for someone who has put Lean UX principles into practice.
• Proven experience to work in an environment with highly collaborating scum teams within a programme or business • Proven experience working with external vendors in an agile environment • Excellent communication, presentation and storytelling skills • Expert skill level with standard design tools like Sketch, Axure and Adobe Creative Suite.
