Job Description :
- Be hands on in JavaScript, AngularJS and in any of JS charting tools & visualization libraries such as D3JS/Flot/Chart.js/Google Charts/N3 Charts/ HighCharts with a focus on application performance
- Guide the team in building various components of the application
- Build the business layer that will extract data from NoSQL databases such as MongoDB
- Coordinate the application development workflow between various teams such as architecture, design & data offshore and onsite
- Thorough understanding of the responsibilities of the platform, database, API, caching layer, proxies, and other web services
- Creating configuration, build, and test scripts for Continuous Integration environments
- Understand business domain and implement the requirements; Provide high-quality deliverables while enforcing the development best practices Participate in design and peer code review.
- Contribute to all aspects of application development including functional and technical specifications, design, development and support
- Work collaboratively in a global setting and should show keen interest in learning new technologies.
- The ideal candidate is a hands-on technician with a good knowledge on architecture and Object Oriented design.
Core Experience
- 7 to 9 years of hands-on technical experience delivering solutions using technologies including:
- o Java/J2EE, Junit
- o AngularJS, HTML5/CSS3, AJAX, JavaScript
- Experience with multi-tier, distributed architecture
- Extensive experience in OO analysis and design
- Excellent OO programming and debugging skills
- Good understanding of JSON, SOA, XML, WSDL, XSD
- Good working knowledge of Relational Databases
Nice-to-have Skills
MongoDb, Other NoSQL databases
Non-Technical Skills
- Good client interaction skills, oral & written communication skills
- Experience working in onsite-offshore delivery model
- Participation in design and code reviews
- Owning all aspects of the SDLC (design, development, testing and implementation) for projects under management
- Reviewing issues and program defects
- Recognizing system deficiencies and implementing effective solutions
- Ensuring that the team(s) deliver high-quality solutions for our clients
- Excellent collaboration/teamwork skills
