Job Details:
Position:Support engineer
Exp:8-10 Yrs
Work Location:Pune
Jd:
• UG - B.Tech/B.E. OR PG â€" M.S. / M.Tech REC or above
• 8-10 years relevant experience in Product/Application Support L2 level with minimum 3+ years of leadership experience
• Effective communication & leadership skills
• Willing to work in a 24*5 profile with weekend on-call support
• Platforms- Windows 2003/2008 servers, Linux
• Good hands-on with AWS cloud environment
• Extensive experience working on technologies such as IIS, Apache, Jboss
• Hands-on experience with MSSQL and MySQL databases
• Working knowledge of web services and experience in supporting such type of high availability products
• Good understanding of Virtualization, Cloud Computing
• Experience with monitoring tools such as Keynote, SCOM, Solarwinds, AppDynamics, Splunk, SumoLogic
• Strong CI/CD skills, good hands on experience with tools such as Jenkins, Puppet, Ansibel, DeployIT, Chef
• Strong Networking (Load Balancers, Firewalls, Clusters etc.) and Infrastructure (Virtualization, Storage, Cloud Computing) skills
• Knowledge of writing scripts, any scripting language would be preferred
• Good exposure to OS (both windows and linux or unix) troubleshooting, Middleware technologies
