Jd:
⢠UG - B.Tech/B.E. OR PG â" M.S. / M.Tech REC or above
⢠8-10 years relevant experience in Product/Application Support L2 level with minimum 3+ years of leadership experience
⢠Effective communication & leadership skills
⢠Willing to work in a 24*5 profile with weekend on-call support
⢠Platforms- Windows 2003/2008 servers, Linux
⢠Good hands-on with AWS cloud environment
⢠Extensive experience working on technologies such as IIS, Apache, Jboss
⢠Hands-on experience with MSSQL and MySQL databases
⢠Working knowledge of web services and experience in supporting such type of high availability products
⢠Good understanding of Virtualization, Cloud Computing
⢠Experience with monitoring tools such as Keynote, SCOM, Solarwinds, AppDynamics, Splunk, SumoLogic
⢠Strong CI/CD skills, good hands on experience with tools such as Jenkins, Puppet, Ansibel, DeployIT, Chef
⢠Strong Networking (Load Balancers, Firewalls, Clusters etc.) and Infrastructure (Virtualization, Storage, Cloud Computing) skills
⢠Knowledge of writing scripts, any scripting language would be preferred
⢠Good exposure to OS (both windows and linux or unix) troubleshooting, Middleware technologies
