Job Specification
Responsibilities:
1.Understanding domain / business needs of clients, elaborating clients requirements.
2.Manage multiple projects / accounts and Operate as the lead point of contact for any and all account related matters
3.Client communication capabilities (including discussing timelines & cost with client)
4.Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships
5.Work with multiple internal teams to explain requirements
6.Develop a trusted advisor relationship with key accounts, customer stakeholders and customers
7.Ensure the timely and successful delivery of solutions according to customer needs and objectives
8.Communicate clearly the progress of weekly/monthly/quarterly progress to internal and external stakeholders.
9.Identify and grow opportunities within account and collaborate with technology teams to ensure growth attainment
10.Assist with high severity requests or issue escalations as needed
11.Prepare and submit work progress reports, liaise with client and technical teams in sending proposals, requirements documentation, and presentations.
Skill Sets
Should have hand-on experience in development in at least one technology and Should be able to perform code reviews for standards and best practices.
Should be willing to work across the technologies (MS Technologies, Cloud and Open Source)
7-12 years in IT industry out of which minimum of 3-4 in client communication and managing / leading teams
PMP would be a plus
