• Software Development with knowledge of bigger picture
• Responsible for people Management, including goal setting and providing performance feedback
• Responsible for Status reporting
• Responsible for guiding the development team while providing solutions for complex technology issues
• Pitch in with architectural solution for critical issues
•Responsible for Knowledge transfer and arriving at SLAs for steady state.
• Manages staff that performs tasks related to the day-to-day Technology Service line requirements
• Managing delivery in adherence to the project plan by ensuring timely quality delivery of the allocated tasks
• Designing comprehensive quality assurance processes to be followed by the team and monitor adherence to these processes from time to time
• Monitoring the quality of the output and provide critical guidance as necessary
• Formulating training plans for the team and ensure smooth transition and knowledge transfer during attrition
• Support Service line lead in pipeline details gathering, planning and ramp up of team
• Handle client queries on the Service line items and any ad hoc requests that may be made, and train the Senior Analysts / Analysts/ Programmer Analysts on the same
• Excellent interpersonal skills
• Identify critical issues with ease and provides resolutions
• Ability to think through and be innovative in solution provisioning with domain expertise
• Building effective working relationship within team(s)
