Job description:
.Net Technical Lead/Architect (Experience: 6 to 10 years)
1. Proficient in building enterprise application using .Net Framework, C#, ASP.Net, WCF (WPF).
2. Good designing experience and strong understanding on design patterns
3. Optimization and performance tuning Windows/enterprise scale applications
4. Excellent understanding of SOA, Object oriented design and development
5. Coding and unit testing of application components using object oriented concepts
6. Understand the design and requirements to ensure that the code is in alignment
7. Write automated unit test cases and ensure 100% code coverage
8. Visual Studio Unit testing framework and code analysis
9. Implementation experience on Continuous Integration & DevOps practices
10. Hands on with Scripting languages (Powershell)
11. Experience in packaging, deploying, automation of builds, and remote monitoring
12. Define and ensure that the code follows coding standards and best practices
13. Code reviews to enforce best/secure coding practices & guidance to Development team
14. Follow source code management best practices and lead code merge activities
15. Experience in Component & Application integration
16. Interface with the testing team and re-mediate/track defects to closure
17. Proficient in Database design
18. Proficient in Database programming (SQL Server, Oracle 11g, PL/SQL)
19. Hands on knowledge of Microsoft Enterprise Library
20. Prior experience with migration projects
21. Experience in developing smart client applications
22. Excellent communication skills
