JOB ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
Strong programming knowledge especially in JAVA.
Enterprise web application programming concepts such as MVC, JavaScript, HTML, Spring or Hibernate are preferred.
Experience with creating webservices is a plus
Customer interaction skills, ability to prioritize software requirements, ability to identify reusability and hence provide
acceptable work-around to customers
Excellent written and oral communication skills
Strong analytical & problem solving skills
Strong knowledge of databases (DB Design, Efficient queries) is a plus
Focus on software performance
Self-motivated, open minded, resourceful, agile and pragmatic
B.E/B.Tech/M.Tech - Computer Science or MCA with minimum 65% Hands on coding experience in
Java for 3 to 8 years.
Strong customer interaction in understanding requirements and translating them to usable software.
Experience in developing Web applications for enterprises
Knowledge of Lean, Scrum is a plus.
Educational Qualification: Any bachelor degree
