Job Description: • Hands on person from a C#/.Net/Windows based systems background • Strong experience of leading & managing Application Production Support teams • Should have strong experience of working directly with clients, with excellent communication skills • Candidates with some prior Unix/scripting knowledge will be preferred • Experience of handling SLAs, and generating weekly/monthly reports for client & senior management • Candidate should understand support processes, ITIL knowledge would be preferred. • Experience in handling DevOps teams would be preferred, project management experience for Dev teams would be good to have. • Candidate should be able to understand and execute Operational runbooks, understand and debug exceptions and update runbooks with his team • He should be ready to work on night shift to support business operations (US Pacific Timezone) as required by the project. • Should be comfortable in analysis of Log files to identify and fix errors is expected.
