The team Manager is responsible for effective project execution, day-to-day coordination to ensure on time and on budget. Responsibilities. • Responsible for coordination for India Dev teams â€" escalates to Vancouver PM • Resolves resource conflicts (both Dev & QA) - by re-allocating resources as needed to ensure minimal impact to committed projects • Mentors Dev leads - provides guidance on team management and project process • Provides Timely Status updates • Responsible for gathering estimates and helps create wbs with dev leads • Responds to schedule/budget issues and tries to remediate â€" escalates to Vancouver PM • Ensures team are aware of milestones and targets • Responsible for successful delivery on time/budget for India based projects • Ensures stakeholders are aware of project status at all times • Enforces project processes Skills Requirements: • Minimum 10 years of experience building Enterprise web-based applications, with an in-depth knowledge of software architecture and scalability issues and solutions. • Driving sound architecture, design and implementations. • Extensive and proven programming experience with a strong knowledge of .NET (ASP.NET, VB.NET, C#), MVC, XML, DHTML, AJAX, JSON, JQUERY, SQL), IIS, Windows Server 2003/2008r2/2014. • Experience with NHibernate and Spring.NET • Experience with Mobile Technologies • A solid understanding of database architecture and implementation of SAAS platforms • API development • Secure Coding techniques (OWASP top 10) • Performance Tuning • Solid understanding and implementation of the SDLC. • Solid understanding of development patterns and best practices • Practical experience of SOLID techniques • Practical experience of cache & queue tools (e.g. REDIS, RabbitMQ, MSMQ) • Effective communication skills - both verbal and written.
