	The Software Engineer will be responsible for design and development of scalable and flexible web applications. Candidate must be a master of atleast one technology area with the ability to easily switch between technologies. Candidate must be abreast with latest technologies and trends, relevant standards; should be able to work effectively in a multidisciplinary, multinational team environment focused on innovation. Candidate should be comfortable working on a range of problems. 	Education:   (UG - B.Tech/B.E. - Computers, Electrical) AND (PG - MS/M.Sc(Science) - Computers, Electrical Engineering) AND (Doctorate - Doctorate Not Required) Education BE/ BTech degree in Electrical, Computer Engineering or Computer Science with 8 - 12 years of software engineering experience -MA/ MS degree in Electrical, Computer Engineering or Computer Science with 8 plus years of software engineering experience Experience/Qualifications Required Technical Skills/Education: - Understanding of the software development life cycle and processes - Strong with Object Oriented Analysis & Design (OOAD) - Understanding of software methodologies and unified modeling language (UML) - Experience with .NET frameworks and application in web applications (ASP.NET, MVC 5/6, ADO.NET) - Design and development of Web Services - Must have experience with Reporting(Crystal Reports or Jasper Reports or SQL Server Reports) - Database SQL Server experience - Must have experience working in a full life cycle project - Must have min 2 years of experience leading projects or leading significant modules in a project with a team Preferred Technical Skills/Education: - Agile software methodologies and tools - UI development experience (HTML5, Scripting...) - SW management tools - Web application Hosting Additional Comments This individual be self-directed, highly motivated, and organized with strong analytical thinking and problem solving skills, and an ability to work on multiple projects and function in a team environment.
