Job Description :
 BS/BA or Masters Degree in Engineering, Computer Science or equivalent
 7+ years programming experience required, preferably in building enterprise web solutions. 5+ years of experience with .NET/C# and agile is desired. Experience implementing and extending enterprise applications, application frameworks and toolsets across portals, UIs, services and databases
 Expertise in .Net, C#, Object Oriented Design, ASP.NET (Web Forms, MVC, Web Services, Web API), ADO.NET, XML, n-tier Architecture, HTML, JavaScript, Ajax, Debugging, SOAP/REST, SQL Server, SSIS for ETL
 Modern architectural styles & patterns such as SOA, MVC
 An understanding of dependency injection, inversion of control and other such patterns
 Experience with unit, integration, and system testing
 Practicing test driven development (TDD) or behavior driven development (BDD)
 Object relational mapping frameworks such as Entity Framework or Hibernate
 JavaScript MV* frameworks such as AngularJS, Backbone, or Knockout
 Experience working with and tuning relational databases like SQL Server
 Enterprise solutions development experience is a plus
 Automotive dealership industry experience is a plus
 Experience working as part of onshore/offshore teams is highly desirable
 Must possess a passion for technology with the ability to excite and motivate other team members in the organization
 Ability to iteratively and incrementally improve both products and processes
