NP 30 days Primary Skills: VB.Net,.Net Frameworks ,Oracle PL/SQL Experience: 6-10 years The candidate should have strong experience of 8+ years Strong Experience in VB.NET Strong Experience in NET framework Strong Experience in WinForms Experience in Oracle Database access Strong Oracle 11 PLSQL including design/debug packages, stored procedures and triggers. Basic familiarity with C programming Participate in solution architecture, design & development of features and automations for application. Provides technical direction for design to effectively meet business needs. Own Technical delivery for development team Manage Onsite and Offsite Technical resources In collaboration with business partners, senior IT leadership, Enterprise Architecture groups can set the strategic course for roadmap of features, functions and areas automation for technology platforms. Authors and maintains technical designs and core features, functions and integration components. Establishes and manages technical standards and best practices around applicable capabilities. Works closely with their immediate manager and PM to give guidance on estimates, level of complexity, and answers questions on design approaches. Perform Code review and ensure Code quality and standards are maintained as per best practice. Participates in sizing & scoping exercises and works on application. Creates and maintains estimation artifacts throughout the project lifecycle. Participates and provides technical leadership in capacity planning, disaster recovery planning and testing exercises. Provides guidance to technical resources and is responsible for overall solution development. Mentors one or more junior developers and solution engineers.
