Job Description:
Candidate should have strong and innovative approach to problem solving and great technical leadership
Candidate must have experience in Java (Version 8), Spring 4.2, Java Server Faces (JSF) 2.2, Hibernate and JBOSS BRMS 6.0 [JBOSS Drools]
Should have strong knowledge and experience in MySQL, Oracle Database and No SQL databases like MongoDB, Cassendra etc.
Should have experience in design and automation of CI/CD stack
Manage overall software development lifecycle, driving best practices and ensuring development of high quality code for common assets and framework components
Build and lead a team of high calibre software development engineers
Architect and develop the best technical design and approach
Manage and execute against project/agile plans and set deadlines
Derive resolution of technology rollbacks including code, infrastructure, build and deployment
Manage cross product technical dependencies and drive resolutions to conflicts
Advocate for technologies, frameworks, design patterns, processes and guiding values of the domain architecture
Ensure all code adheres to all development and security standards
Candidate must have strong Object Oriented Programming concepts and hands on experience in Java/J2EE Design Patterns
