Job Description
Position: .Net Developer 7 to 15 years of experience
No of Positions: 5 (Should be very strong in .NET)
* Resource should be able to play the Role of a Tech Lead.
* Should have 8 years of strong experience in Analysis, Design, Development and Testing of Windows / Web based applications using Microsoft .Net Technologies, C#, VB.Net, ASP.Net & SQL Server 2005 and SQL Server 2008, Visual studio 2010/2012, .Net Frame work 3.5/4.0 , AJAX, JQuery, Linq, MVC, Angular JS
* Should have strong Database designing and Programming skills.
* Good to have good exposure to Share Point Technology.
* Experience on MS Sync Framework is a huge plus
* Experience in WCF & WPF, Share Point, Microsoft BI (SSIS, SSAS, and SSRS) is an advantage.
* Good to have Knowledge of Open source frame works (.NET Nuke, Ruby On Rails etc.)
* Knowledge / experience in implementing Design Patterns are a plus.
* Good understanding of System Design and translate the given Design to a working application.
* Proficient in complete SDLC (Software Development Life Cycle) models.
* Development, unit testing and documentation.
* Guiding new team members technically, business, process wise as part of the mentoring activity.
* Preparation of Estimates at Module level / Project level if it's required.
* Responsibility of functional communication with Project Leader / Project Manager. (Preparation of issues related, timely delivery, team skill, Knowledge sharing).
* Should be able to maintain good rapport with testing team in resolving the QA / UAT / PRODUCTION bugs.
* Should be able to mentor / train the junior resources to make them as productive resources
