Technical Skills:
- 6+ Years of Experience in Application Development
- Expert in C#, .NET Programming
- Hands on experience in .Net Framework 4.0, ASP.NET, WebAPI, C#, Entity Framework, JQuery
- Sound knowledge of building web / service based applications
- Expert in Relational Database Management (RDBM)
- Should be able to create Performance, Functional & Automation testing using Selenium
- Strong on Object Oriented Analysis & Design (OOAD)
- Good understanding of software methodologies & unified modelling language (UML).
Desirable Skills:
- Agile software development methodologies
- Exposure in HLD & LLD
- Risk, Issue, Change, Defect & Release Management
- Best Practices & Continuous Improvement
- Understanding of Software Development Life Cycle
- Strong interpersonal skills.
- Self-motivated work ethics
Responsibilities:
- Responsible for development of new programs, analyses current programs and processes, and making for more cost effective applications.
- Write, edit, and debug new computer programs for assigned projects, including necessary records and desired output.
- Document code consistently throughout the development process by listing a description of the program, special instructions, and any changes made in database tables on procedural, modular and database alterations
- Continuously adjust priorities and address issues to improve efficiency.
- Document procedures for software regression test strategies and testing methodologies.
- Formulate guidelines and best practices for the team.
- Be a Technical mentor for the team-mates and review their work
- Should be proactive in coming up with design(s), pros and cons for problems.
- Knowledge of web application security concepts.
- Perform research and recommend software tools to management.
