Fully conversant with Design patterns both Core and J2EE and should have implemented them in the projects. Hands on with code review tools, memory profiling tools Hands on with UML tools Expertise in designing of web based modules Exposure to ORM tools like Hibernate Exposure to frameworks like Spring, Spring bacth etc. Optional exposure to newer technologies like ExtJS/Angularjs etc. Should have managed a team of 10-15 people a minimum.
