Oracle Apps Technical JD:
· PL/SQL
· Oracle XML Reports and Forms
· Extensions
· Interfaces/Conversions
· Workflows
· Nice to Have:
· EDI
Activities including:
· Handling Support issues including bug fixing
· Maintenance of existing interfaces, code fixes and custom developments which are less than 16 hours of total development time through support development
· Troubleshooting
· Developing new RICEW components, through Quarterly release development process based on available bandwidth
· Performance tuning for custom components
· Minor changes in the ad-hoc and custom components
· Development of new enhancements and customizations data fixes – after scripts received from Oracle
· Knowledge Management: ensuring correct, up-to-date documentation and processes are maintained actively within a central knowledge repository
· Support and maintain ISG based web services for Mobile Applications.
· Support and Maintain Oracle Apex based code for Datavision Application.
· Create and manage SRs and work with Oracle support to resolve issues.
· Follow change request process and SOX controls.
· Extended support during Quarter End, Year End, and during Quarterly Release migrations.
