Mandatory skill-
Primary role is to help Sales win business by taking E2E solution ownership for both proactive and reactive opportunities.
Required Experience:
• Technical and Digital savvy, the associate has min 6 years IT industry experience preferably in Telecom vertical.
• The associate is well-versed with TMForum Frameworxx and being part of technical project implementation as Technical lead/E2E designer/Business Analyst/Solution Architect/Pre-Sales lead with exposure to multiple clients.
• The associate need to be well conversed with digital technologies, Telecom Industry trends and at least have reasonable proficiency in couple of BSS/OSS Technology platforms
• Driven, delivered Transformation projects ( Preferred)
• Certified in the Key Industry Trends like Frameworx, Big Data, etc. ( Preferred)
Education: Bachelors/Master's Degree
Professional/Specialized Skill sets (preferred or desired):
• Problem Solving
• Collaborative and positive attitude
• Proposal writing skills. Good at Presentation and Written Communication skills.
• Ability to handle multiple tasks
• Passion for learning, Ability to think from customer perspective, Creative and out of box thinking
Skills/ technologies required:
• Conversant with BSS/OSS landscape
• Working knowledge/experience on multiple BSS/OSS products and applications – Ex: Ecomm platforms, CRM, Rating & Billing, Provisioning, Activation, Service Assurance
• Conceptual and working knowledge on one or more of the following – Omni Channel, Master Data Management, Big Data Analytics, Cloud, Mobility, Digital 301/401 certification will be given preference
• Technical experience of working on Java/.net and understanding of new age technologies R, Python, Angular JS,
Role & Responsibilities:
• Gets associated with one or more marquee US CSP clients and drive growth through winning solutions and proposals.
• Develop insight into account – Vision, Aspirations, Pain points, Market position, Products/Services, IT & network landscape.
• Create Proactive opportunity Roadmap by identifying hotspots for Tech Mahindra with help from Sales and Account teams
• Develop solutions by working collaboratively with TechM Competency Teams, Platform teams
• Respond to Reactive bids including RFx
• Support Sales by creating pitches and shaping opportunities based on identified roadmap
• Work collaboratively with bid management, Sales and Account teams to close the opportunities
• Contribute in building competency and solutions that can be taken across the regions
