Responsibilities:
• This person is responsible for the building and maintaining internal and external facing tools to support data analytics and operations.
• This position will consult, support and interact with other teams as needed including process and business improvement efforts to support service delivery to our clients.
• This role is for a application/web developer who is ready to lean towards business intelligence.
• The tools will be developed using the Microsoft stack including ASP.NET, client-side browser technologies (e.g. Javascript), and some SSIS.
• It is important that candidates have a strong background in building scalable, maintainable, high-quality and high performing applications.
Duties & Responsibilities:
• Responsible for design and maintenance of scalable applications
• Apply best practices in: data integrity, test design, analysis, validation and robust documentation
• Develop custom features in Visual Studio based on specifications and technical designs
• Create rich web user interfaces using HTML5, LESS, CSS, and JavaScript
• Extract existing data to manipulate/calculate/format into presentable reports, charts and graphs for presentation by the Client management team to Clients
• Provide value to our Clients by providing tools with succinct and actionable data and opportunities for improvement.
• Develop and maintain an excellent understanding of our systems and products enhance analytical skills (invoice processing, billing, recovery, budgeting)
• Support business teams in the design, build and use of reports based on internal, external and best practices as determined by Client and AUM need
• Accomplished presentation skills and ability to present data and information to clients and senior leader teams
• Must be passionate about continuous improvement
• To be consistently accurate in calculations
• Meet established deadlines for all deliverables.
