Job Title: .Net Project Lead/ Tech Lead
Shift Timings: UK Shift
Experience: 7+ yrs.
Work location: Manyata Tech Park, Bangalore
Job Description:
• Strong experience in software development, technical support and IT processes.
• Ability to clearly and professionally communicate with business users, team members
• Experience in effective project plans for multiple projects by defining scope, estimating effort and evaluating high level design and architecture.
• Proactive troubleshooting, listening, and problem solving skills
• Ability to produce clear documentation and reports that can be easily understood by technical team.
• Ability to discuss, debate and challenge technical issues with developers.
• Project management certification (PMP or Prince)
• Excellent communication, interpersonal and team management skills.
Technical Skills:
• Managing projects for web/windows development and back-end services development using MS Visual Studio and SQL Server.
• Experience in IT projects using various development methodologies such as Waterfall, Agile or Scrum.
• Strong background experience in ASP.NET, C# .NET Framework 3.5/4.0/4.5, WCF, HTML, JAVA SCRIPT, ADO.NET , C#, AJAX, J QUERY, LINQ
• Understanding on networks and infrastructures as it relates to coordinating activities for project deployments.
• Experience in business analysis functions to assist in gathering and documenting requirements.
• Experience in identify the potential risks and classify them based on criticality and preparing back up plans to mitigate or reduce or eliminate risks or recurrences.
However, the roles and responsibilities may change depending upon the client and the team as applicable.
