Responsibilities:
We are looking for a passionate engineer and leader with hands on experience in the field of .net product development as a Development Lead for .net technologies to lead our development team for our world class RPA product. In this position, you will bring your passion for innovation to design and develop the world class product components for our core RPA framework. The successful candidate will be highly proficient in software architecture design and industry standard SDLC processes and practices.
Responsibilities:
Own end to end delivery for the development team.
Design & Implement the components as per the product requirements.
Plan, Execute and Deliver the team goals.
Excellent team management skills & ability to mentor the team for technical excellence.
Adherence to defined coding standards, processes and practices.

Requirements:
10+ years of experience in desktop/web application/apis design and development.
Hands on with .net application development with practices and processes.
Quick learner and adaptable to changes.
Aggressive problem diagnosis and creative problem solving skills.
Strong organizational skills to juggle multiple tasks within the constraints of timelines and budgets with business acumen.
Education Requirements:
BS/MCA/IT/B.E./M.TECH/MSC/BCA/PGDCA in Computer science with relevant Experience
