1) 8 to 12 years or more experienced in Microsoft technologies.
2.Strong in ASP.NET/C#/SQL SERVER, WCF, MVC, Web API
3.Strong Knowledge of software development best practices, particularly for design, coding, and testing
4.Excellent Experience in Software development methodologies
5.Strong in Architecture and design
6.Willing to own the project and work independently
7.Good Communication skills
8.Participating in Analysis and Design of the Enhancements in a proactive way.
9.Direct interaction with the client in knowledge requirements.
10.Involved in the Design of the Database
