Job Description: • Overall IT experience of min 10 years with min 6 years of Performance Testing exposure with excellent understanding of most current technologies • Proven experience of setting performance test strategy across a range of technology platforms both new and legacy using a variety of tools • Excellent Analytical and investigation skills for interpreting performance test data and results in relation to system issues and performance. • A strong understanding of technical architectures and system analysis for the purposes of performance testing. • Experience of the end to end performance test lifecycle, requirements elicitation, scripting, test design, test execution, results analysis and reporting in line with industry best practice • Understanding of the waterfall and agile development methodologies • Strong stakeholder management skills • Strong negotiation and influencing skills • Good at People Management and Process Management (TMM / TPI) • Have a good experience in Customer interfacing. • Will be authorize and accountable for project management work for their project throughout the software Test life cycle (STLC). • Demonstrate initiative in developing solutions to problems encountered during testing I will be happy to receive your response either way.
