Summary
The offshore technical Manager is a hands on project management position responsible for end to end delivery of the project, the position requires a person to well verse with estimation techniques, various project planning tools, and process related aspects. Must have understanding and exposure to agile SLDC. Experiences in Loyalty / CRM domain is desirable. Must have excellent communication and articulation skills
Duties and Responsibilities
- Manage Lead software engineers and provide technical direction and manage project timelines.
- Efficiently and effectively collaborate with technical and non-technical internal team members as well as third party client stakeholders.
- As needed, gather requirements and analyze, understand and translate those requirements into technical specifications.
- Participate in code reviews and acceptance process in order to improve methodology and delivery.
- Perform and manage development in a high volume, multi-tiered, transactional environment.
- Manager internal and external stakeholders of the engagement
- Owns end to end quality delivery of the engagement
· Should have technical background in Microsoft .Net along with either SQL or ORACLE database during the developer / Lead levels prior to taking up manager role.
· Must have 9 10 to 15 years of total IT experience out of which minimum 2 years of team leading and project mgmt. experience. Should have managed 5+ team members in last 2 engagements.

· Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience required
· Must have 10 to 15 years of total IT experience out of which minimum 2 years of team leading and project mgmt. experience. Should have managed 5+ team members in last 2 engagements.
· Should have technical background in Microsoft .Net along with either SQL or ORACLE database during the developer / Lead levels prior to taking up manager role.
· Must be able to discuss technical aspects of architecture /design / code issues directly with technical teams.
· Must have hands on experience on MS technical Stack like C#, WebAPIs, Web services, WCF, MVC along with knowledge on oracle Database
· Must be have experience in planning, analyzing requirements, designing solutions and developing code using .net technologies.
- Experience with Agile development methodologies is required. This role will lead a sprint team and the manager must manage the stories and task breakdowns for all development work.
- A strong desire to teach and mentor junior and mid-level developers and direct growth and goals of individual team members is essential.
- Strong communication skills as well as a dedicated work ethic is a must.
- The ability to display strong problem solving skills and perform under pressure is required.
