Administration & troubleshooting of Windows server 2008, 2012 and server 2016 Analysis of server event logs, troubleshooting & fixing of errors Perform daily server monitoring, verifying the integrity and availability of all hardware, server resources, systems and key processes, reviewing system and application logs Knowledge on Server Hardware - SuperMicro, Intel, HP, Lenovo, Dell Identify & implement best practices for Windows server technology. Physical & virtual servers In-depth understanding & hands-on experience in Windows Active Directory, Group Policies, DNS, Print servers Remote Installation & configuration of new physical servers Hands-on experience of disk Raid Configuration, NTFS / security permissions Fileserver Administration In-depth understanding & hands-on experience in administration of Microsoft Clustering: Windows 2012 or 2016 Good understanding of Microsoft Security best practices, server hardening & Patch Management Basic understanding of Networking, firewall & Cloud concepts Ready to work in 24x7 environment Good communication skills & individual contributor to work & resolve issues. Good understanding of ITIL processes
