Brief Job Description
1) Primary point of contact for product delivery of multiple scrum teams.
2) Responsible for reviewing the design and the development work and ensure quality of the work delivered.
3) Collaboration with onsite product managers for grooming product backlog.
4) Team management and mentoring.
5) Inculcate processes to improve product engineering.
6) Responsible for the revenue and margins of the projects, billing, BU satisfaction and Employee engagement.
7) Develop detailed work plans and status reports.
8) Identify, assess and mitigate implementation risks to the project.
9) Understand product release plans and status and impact of project commitments on product engineering activities.
10) Cross project collaboration for improved productivity.
11) Goal setting, measurements and assessments.
12) Identify and facilitate trainings for project teams.
Required Skills and Experience :
1) Minimum of two years of experience as Engineering Manager/Technical Project Manager.
2) Strong technical background on Microsoft technologies (C#, ASP.NET, SQL Server, IIS).
3) Minimum 5 years of experience on Web based application development.
4) Knowledge of any JavaScript based web application framework like Angular/React will be an added advantage.
5) Need to have a proven track record of Agile Product Development.
6) Knowledge of Banking domain will be an added advantage.
Experience in understanding project financials will be an added advantage
