- Refactor existing codebase to follow best in class development practices to mitigate risks and
- deficiencies
- Identify bugs and bottlenecks and can devise solutions or recommendations for those.
- Work well in a team environment, within the core development team along with other functional and
- technical teams to create new or maintain existing solutions to support the business
- Provide regular status reports to the team
- Work outside of regular business hours as required for project or operational work
