Responsibilities • Build scalable and reliable software systems and services. • Collaborate with software development teams and provide required support to develop various software solutions. • Deploy and create dashboards in monitoring tools to meet the requirements and enhance the monitoring capabilities. • Improve security and reliability of internal software systems. • Handle critical incidents and resolve it within OLA/SLA. • Work on various DevOps tools to automate tasks. • Regularly document the concepts, process and procedures. • Design and improve methodology of work in a team and help team members to do their best. • Be Agile and contribute to the team success. • Monitor and resolve issues in production environment.
