Skill: Scrum Master Position / Experience: 8 + Years Client: IT Services Firm (CMMi Level 3 ) Location: Hyderabad , Bangalore Job Description: 8 to 10 years of experience. 2. Experience in Agile Methodologies. 3. Must have handled a scrum team of 7 to 8 members as a SCRUM MASTER. 4. Must have worked in multiple scrum teams environment. 5. Must have experience in customer facing and onsite team handling. 6. Strong fundamentals in object-oriented programming, data structures, algorithm design, problem solving, and complexity analysis . 7. Experience is profiling web applications to resolve issues like memory leaks, performance, bundling and etc. 8. Must have strong experience in .Net framework, C#, ASP.NET, MVC, Web API 9. Must have done code reviews and involve in architectural review and decisions. 10. Must have hands on Implementing DevOps using CI (Jenkins) and CD using containers or custom scripts. 11. Strong experience in ORACLE PLSQL and using pluggable databases. 12. Must have knowledge in test driven development. 13. Must have strong communication skills. 14. Must be aware in software design principles. 15. Must have strong knowledge in SPA. Additional Requirements: 1. Good Experience in using Atlassian tools like JIRA, Confluence, Bit bucket, Crucible. 2. Minimum 2 years’ experience in playing a role of SCRUM Master or Product Owner. 3. Minimum 2 years’ of experience in Angular JS, Kendo UI , JQuery, JavaScript and Bootstrap responsive UI. 4. Involved in product delivery and responsible for application’s technical and functional quality. 5. Knowledge in token based authentication using single sign-on. 6. Experience ASP.net MVC 5 and ASP.Net Core. 7. Experience in building Web API and RESTful web services. 8. Strong experience in writing, publishing npm, bower and nuget packages and version management using repository management. 9. Familiarity in PL/SQL, writing stored procedures and consuming them from .Net in Oracle. 10. Experience in writing Unit Test cases and Integration test cases using MSUnit or NUnit. 11. Experience in using any test dependency injection frameworks. 12. Experience in using any mocking (or isolation) framework. 13. Good knowledge on UI automation using selenium or other similar frameworks 14. Knowledge on Docker containers 15. Good to have CSM(Certified Scrum Master) Certification.
