Responsibilities:
• Provide technical leadership and architectural guidance for design and implementation of
software system enhancements
• Ensure adherence to architecture standards, risk management and security policies
• Identify efficiency and ways to improve design and development processes
• Review business requirements/functional specifications requirements and provide oversight and
guidance on proposed technology solutions
• Establish and maintain a strong working relationship with all businesses across Technology and
among technology team members.
• Communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical individuals at all levels
• Work effectively within collaborative team to identify and resolve issues
• Design, analyze, develop, code, test, debug and document in solving business problems for one
or more business areas
Qualifications:
• 7+ years of experience in information technology with an emphasis on application development,
demonstrated experience with applications development throughout the entire development life
cycle
• Ability to work on multiple projects and manage many priorities
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail and great passion for technology
• Ability to absorb problems & present creative solutions within required time-frames
• Must be able to demonstrate significant relevant work experience, or had experience of several
major technology implementation projects
Essential Skills:
• HTML5, JavaScript
• Should be fully knowledgeable of
• ECMAScript spec, DOM and JSON
• Prototype system, scopes
• Common JS modules
• CSS3
• Highly beneficial to have working experience of
• RxJS
• Node JS (server side and tooling)
• React or similar view framework
• Web Sockets
• Webpack module bundler
• jQuery
• JavaScript accessibility and regulations
• 7+ years of commercial JavaScript
• Experience of working in a TDD environment
