JD Will be:-
Role: Java Tech Lead
Must:
 Experience in Design and Development of scalable enterprise applications in JEE/Spring technology stack
 Should have strong hands on experience in at least any three of the industry standard frameworks such as Spring Core, Spring MVC/ Struts MVC, Security, Spring Batch, JPA and Hibernate.
 Should be strong in UI development experience with JSP/ JSF.
 Should be strong in Core Java, Object Oriented, Java Design Patterns (Blue Print, Enterprise, GOF etc), JSP and JSF.
 Have through understanding of functioning of JVM and knowledge on JEE spec and ability to choose right technology stack for given requirement.
 Have experience in Integration technologies and patterns, experience in frameworks like Apache Camel or Spring Integration would be a plus.
 Working experience in SOAP, REST and Distributed Messaging(JMS, AMQP)
 Should be able to understand the requirements from functional and technical perspective and able to size and estimate the work load
 Have hands on experience in JVM performance tuning.
 Good experience in DB schema design, SQL Query writing and Query optimization.
 Broad knowledge on WebSphere Application Server & Web Servers.
 Experience in using Source Control, Build system, Regression testing is must.
(Preferably in Maven, GIT/SVN and Junit, Mockito)
 Understanding requirements and prepare detailed design document
 Should act independently and provide leadership at an advanced level of technical expertise
 Good experience on maintaining code quality following the coding standards and guidelines
Optional/Add on:
 System integration knowledge/experience would be a plus
 Experience in using HTML5, CSS, Bootstrap, Java Scripts and JS related technologies like JQuery, Angular JS, React JS, Ember JS, ExtJS & Node JS.
 Broad knowledge on application security methodologies and corresponding tools.
