Role: C# and .NET â€" Delivery Project Lead/Module Lead
Location: Pune India
Who are we looking for?
A mid-senior level C#-.Net lead to manage a critical project for one of our biggest client in banking domain. The Individual should be passionate about technology, experienced in developing and managing cutting edge technology applications.
Technical Skills:
• Someone with strong experience in Core C#, .Net (backend service/api programing and not front end developers).
• Multithreading / Parallel programming in .net,
• Garbage collection
• Web Services, Web api
• Self-hosted services
• Windows services
• OWIN: Open Web Interface for .NET
• SQL server
• Design skills
• Experience with MongoDB or any noSQL will be an added advantage
Process Skills:
• Well versed with Agile-Scrum
• Capable of analyzing requirements and develop software as per project defined software process
• Develop and peer review of LLD (Initiate/ participate in peer reviews)
• Ability to execute test plans, create test cases test data and contribute to appropriate software (including programming languages) development life cycle methodology and application of specialized business and technical knowledge.
Behavioral Skills:
• Resolve technical issues of projects and Explore alternate designs
• Participates as a team member and fosters teamwork by inter-group coordination within the modules of the project.
• Effectively collaborates and communicates with the stakeholders and ensure client satisfaction
• Train and coach members of project groups to ensure effective knowledge management activity.
• Generic leadership/onsite-offshore coordination skills, know scrums and would have worked in agile mode …
• Communication skills should be solid and should be comfortable working in onshore/offshore model and support team
Qualification:
• Somebody who has at least 8+ years of work experience in software development.
• Education qualification: B.Tech, BE, BCA, MCA, M. Tech or equivalent technical degree from a reputed college
