This job requires: -Monitoring of the systems and detection of outage -Documentation of support issues in ticketing system -Building solution knowledge-base to improve end-user support experience -Communication with end-user / client to manage SLA -Timely escalation with L3 and infrastructure team The role also needs to develop software products following full systems development life cycle for designing, coding, testing, deploying, maintaining and supporting application software. Work hours must overlap with early part of US business hours. Competencies/Experiences Critical Work experience in developing and supporting financial application for US / EU based companies ï‚·SQL Server 2012/2016: 5 years  (TSQL, Stored procedure) ï‚·C#: 6-10 years hands on experience ï‚·Web user interfaces (ASP.net4.5/MVC/Bootstrap/ 3rdparty control/ Java Script/ Ajax ) ï‚·SSRS 2012 or Tableau 9.0for reporting Desirable ï‚·Experience in Capital Market / Financial Domain Mandatory.
