Must: -
Strong knowledge & experience (6+ years) of advanced versions of Oracle (12c):-
o Forms
o Reports
o SQL
o PL/SQL
⢠Should have Leadership skills with excellent communication, problem solving, mentoring.
⢠Should have ability to technically lead/guide the team members
⢠Be actively involved in work planning, estimation and allocation decisions using knowledge of skills and aspirations of team members
Desirable:-
⢠Knowledge of shell scripting
⢠Experience of Solaris operating systems
⢠Experience of MS Windows operating systems
⢠Knowledge and/or experience of the Mortgage/Banking/Financial domain
⢠Knowledge and/or experience of the Agile/iterative methodology.
