Position Summary: The Business Development Executive / Manager will be responsible for developing and executing Marketing & Business Development strategies and programs for Capital Markets practice groups.
Responsibilities:
Own the relationship in the region and drive growth in Capital markets domain to achieve revenue and profitability targets
As a result of having understanding customers business/domain, identifies trends/opportunities and uses Sensiple Services portfolio of offering and subject matter experts to create Value Add proposition for the customer
Influences a broad spectrum of stakeholders and internal partners toward achieving business goals by building consensus, ensuring understanding of technical matters by non-technical, executive decision makers
Develops mutually beneficial strategic alliances with customers. Advises and counsels key leadership on the latest principles, practices, and/or technologies and their practical application
Develops account presence by adapting/integrating their own experience with Sensiple Services strategy and creating a high added value working relationship with senior customer personnel
Conducts cross-functional planning and coordination (i.e. Delivery, Contracts, Legal, Finance) in order to create winning proposals
Understands impact of emerging business trends and their implications for Sensiple Services and the Customer account
 
Requirements:
4-6 plus years of successful customer account management / sales to include experience within the Banking and Capital Markets industry segment
Possess Information Technology Services background and capable to identifying business opportunities in the subject areas of Applications, IT services and Infrastructure & Cloud Outsourcing
Able to integrate subject matter expertise with Financial Services & Capital Markets Industry and customers business goals/strategy to determine value add solution opportunities
Experience driving business development opportunities in in large, matrixed environments with global operations
Track record of operating, communicating and influencing the CXO level stakeholders in areas such as business strategy, strategic planning, and financial performance
Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:
Bachelors degree required. MBA would be plus
Experience responding to RFPs.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to multi-task and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
Willingness to collaborate with other team members.
Strong systems and database skills to include experience with Windows-based packages; expertise with Excel and PowerPoint.
Ability to work under pressure and demanding deadlines.
Willingness to work evening and weekend hours, as necessary
