Must Have - Skills: Technical: - 7+ years of experience in C#.NET, ASP.Net development applications.
- Hands on experience on ASP.Net WPF/Silverlight application development.
- Knowledge in relational database design. Excellent SQL and PLSQL skills.
- Strong Object-Oriented Design (OOD)/Object-Oriented Programming (OOP) skills.
Non-Technical:- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Good problem solving and analytical skills
- Participating in testing and updating the business continuity plan
- The flexibility to work outside of normal working hours to meet deadlines
.- The ability to understand team dynamics and use interpersonal skills and personal judgment to achieve goals
Nice to Have - Skills :- Experience in Banking domain.
- SDLC/ITIL/ITSM understanding is desired
- Previous experience working with Agile/SCRUM environment.
