Please refer below JD: Job Description: For BDA Platform Operations Manager: *Develop and manage a high performing team *Work with the BDA leads to ensure robust platform capabilities and support structure is provided *Work closely with IT and Vendors to ensure high availability (24x7) of platforms by managing capacity planning, licensing, performance tuning, disaster recovery *Coordinate with vendors and team members (Data, IT) installations and upgrades of BDA platforms (Collibra, IBM RSA) *Provide strong customer service and facilitate collaboration between teams across RTB (Run the Bank) BAU demand and CTB (Change the Bank) initiatives *Be able to think critically, solve problems and drive execution within committed SLA's *Provide 'data' focus to derive solutions to typical issues such as data integration across (and within) BDA platforms *Develop and maintain the platform capabilities evolution roadmap *Build 'trusted advisor' relationships with internal customers at a regional and global level to understand their objectives *Understand and manage the Programme client/stakeholders' requirements and expectations to ensure customer satisfaction *Communicate the importance of managing data as an asset and ensuring common definitions to shape the direction of data policies and standards *Ensure that solutions improve HSBC's data management. *Willingness to take on additional tasks and/or duties as needed. *Cultivate an environment that supports diversity and reflects the HSBC brand. For Data Dictionary Content Analyst: *Support GB/GFs in the completion of accurate definitions and other metadata for criticle data elements (CDE's) as defined by the DDD procedures and standards (i.e. naming conventions). *Design and implement 'fit for purpose' procedures for the management/quality assurance of metadata across its life cycle (creation to destruction) within Collibra *Obtain appropriate level of sign off for assets and standards design prior to implementation. *Form part of the team to ensure UAT is performed pre-productionisation of data processes. *Capture new user requirements and ensure they are logged on the demand / change request log and progress these appropriately *Work in conjunction with the metadata management team to document and maintain the Collibra metadata model and content management processes *Develop and appropriate metadata loading and QA procedures catering for data enrty via front end and batch up loads. *Support alignment and standardisation of initiatives across the GB/GF community and domain structures in Collibra *Support the design and role out of automated operating model for data stewardship and governance Interested candidates can forward their latest profile at geetika.verma@capgemini.com with below details at the earliest: Total Experience : Relevant Experience: Notice Period : Current CTC : Expected CTC : Ready to Relocate to Hyderabad: Note: Candidates who have already applied/appeared in any interview @ HSBC in last 6 months, are not eligible to apply.
