REQUIRED KNOWLEDGE/SKILLS/ABILITIES
* 4+ years experience with mastery of OO analysis design principles, design patterns, SOA and distributed architecture patterns
* 10+ years experience with the following technologies: C#, .NET 3.5+, MVC 3.0, JQuery, T-SQL
* System performance tuning, supportability and logging experience with tools such as OpNet, SCOM, or FogLight
* 5+ years of system level, application level and database level performance management.
* 4-year college degree in Computer Science or equivalent experience
* 10+ years in the IT industry and a good understanding of the full life cycle of development
* Must be highly creative and have extremely strong problem-solving skills
* Must have good written and verbal communication skills and be comfortable presenting to development groups
.* Must have a thorough understanding of:o How web applications are architectedo How web servers and clients interacto The influence of software and hardware architecture on each othero Database design
* Must be accustomed to working with Microsoft Development environmento Visual Studio/Team Foundation Servero SQL Server Management Studio and other database toolso IIS (including installation & configuration)
* Must be able to:o Work effectively with others in a collaborative team environment.
Provide technical leadership through design, initiative, creativity, and improving the performance of junior developers.
Manage work assignments to meet deadlines under an aggressive schedule
Translate business and design goals into a quality product
Willing to adjust work schedule to collaborate with US team as needed.
