Description
-Must have the ability to apply extensive technical expertise, and have full knowledge of programming principles.
* Must have the ability to develop technical solutions to complex problems that require the regular use of ingenuity and creativity.
* Must have the ability to guide the successful completion of major programs and may function in a project leadership role.
* Techlnically lead projects through all stages of the life cycle including responsbility for requirments capture, design, development and acceptance testing.
* To monitor progress and provide updates to stakeholders
* Strong customer focus and ability to translate high level customer requirements into actionable business and technical requirements
* Provides a quick turnaround of the deliverables
* Strong collaboratorion and coordination skills inorder to accomplish goals
* Ability to handle multiple complex assignments simultaneously using a wide range of skills
* Provide expert consultation and make recommendations problems/issues.
* Ability to actively and professionally participate in detailed discussions with various levels of management, senior engineering teams and
architects
* Require a BS degree in Computer Science or related field, or equivalent experience in programming computer applications.
Skill set :
-Backend : Core Java, Multithreading, Collections, Designing, JDBC, Spring, Hibernate
-Frontend: Javascript, HTML, JQuery, Angular JS
-It would be a 100% Hands on Individual contributor role
