Job Description: Currently we are looking for 'Sales Leader'.

Experience: 10+ Years
Job Location: Hyderabad

Required Skill Set:-
* Candidate Should have rich knowledge of IT Solutions and Services
* Candidate should have strong experience in IT Sales Operations, Building Sales Strategy, Revenue Generation, Client Relationship and Business Development.
* Candidate should have strong experience in Global & India Based Business Development handling (India) and is responsible for end to end sales from Offshore.
* Individual contributor (should able to manage multimillion $ yearly revenue).
* Ability to negotiate with key decision makers within the organization and on the client side.
* Must be able to demonstrate sales record (at least 2 years) at a high level of achievement.
* Should have prior IT Services or Solutions-selling experience.

* Strong critical thinking skills the ability to assess various complex issues and come to quick solutions.
* Strong communicator concise & clear communication in individual and larger settings.
* Strong interpersonal and leadership skills ability to influence different stakeholders.
* Established analytical ability as well as strong project management skills.
