WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING:
Technical Project Manager will have progressive experience in excellent communication skills and technical understanding, with specific experience as a Project Manager focused on product development, Provide technical guidance and direction to both internal teams and clients to guarantee our client's success and ability to achieve their long term goals through innovation, education, and overall delivery of business capabilities
WHAT YOU NEED:
The right candidate will possess a strong Project management background, will have demonstrated experience leading medium to large projects, and will have a well-rounded technical background. You should possess a combination of technical and managerial skills including an ability to ask penetrating questions, detect unstated assumptions and resolve interpersonal conflicts as well as more systematic management skills.
* Core PM Skills - Drives programs and projects to completion, results-oriented, excellent issue & risk management skills, excellent problem solving skills, great multi- tasker, excellent partnering skills, eye for excellence, great communication skills.
* Overall Project Delivery Excellence
* Overall Revenue, Cost Management (Direct and Total cost)
* Active participation in Technology and Project Management forums
* Ensure projects continually understand more about Product, Technology, Domain and customer
* Developing/grooming teams and career aspirations of the team.
* Ensure all projects comply with the Organizational principles, practices & processes
* Provide necessary inputs and support to Account Managers that will enhance account mining opportunities and related closures
* Participating in Sales Campaigns, webinars and other promotional activities; recruitment, Creating Knowledge Repository
* Meets assigned expectations for profitability.
* Achieves strategic customer objectives defined by company management.
* Maintains high customer satisfaction ratings that meet company standards.
* Technical Skills -
* Must have proven experience with management of .Net projects.
* Should be actively involved in doing code reviews and understanding of Design Patterns
* Strong Experience in .Net Framework 4.0
* Should have experience and knowledge in technical architecture/Solutions of the applications
* Should be a good in trouble shooting and providing direction to the team in challenging situations
