Job Title: Senior Lead Software Engineer
Job Summary:
We seek a passionate, value driven lead programmer to add to a growing Hyderabad-based engineering team. This team is developing a SAAS/PAAS-based global tax compliance platform. This platform is primarily utilized for direct and indirect tax compliance and is being leveraged by business units located around the world. We value technical aptitude, and a proven record of performance.
Demonstrated ability to learn and wisely apply new platforms and technologies.
Has internalized the tenants of the Agile Manifesto and strongly adheres to delivering business value as part of a team that holds each team member accountable to achieve the targeted goals.
Prepared for a highly collaborative team environment with much technical discussion and open debate.
Desire to work in a team environment serving multiple internal customer groups.
Evidence of being innovative and self-motivated.

Job Description:
9 - 12 years of commercial software development experience.
Proven ability to understand and communicate extremely complex designs and systems.
Demonstrated ability to work on complex tasks with minimal technical and management guidance.
Demonstrated ability to learn and wisely apply new platforms and technologies.
Experience with distributed architectures, SAAS/PAAS and design patterns strongly preferred.
2 or more years experience and preference to work in an Agile environment, with burning desire to continuously improve that environment.
Experience with three or more of the following: C#, C++, Objective-C, Preferably with at least one object oriented language as well as at least one functional language.
Experience of Angular Application development is a plus.
2 or more years experience working in a test-first environment with heavy automation of unit, integration, UI and end-to-end system tests driven by a self-service continuous integration system.
2 or more years experience developing server based compute engines, distributed services, or reusable components.
Qualification: Any graduation / post-graduation in the relevant domain.
Job Location: Hyderabad
Shift Timings: 08:30 AM - 05:30 PM
