Job Description / Responsibilities:
* Should have strong Java and J2EE, Web Services, .NET knowledge.
* Preparing Technical Requirement and Solution Document. Helping to formulate coding and naming standards along with code, design reviews.
* Should be well versed with preparation technical specification document.
* Should have experience in estimation techniques.
* Develop code by following all the coding standards should be able to mentor Leads and developers.
* Should have team leading experience design and develop and maintain architecture experience.
* Strong systems integration understanding; ability to conceptualize & design systems which interface with different external systems / interfaces.
* Experience in building systems that are configurable, scalable with high throughput / performance and low latency.
* Drive software development through best practices.
* Strong database design, query tuning and database optimization skill.
* Find technical solutions as needed to keep the team moving forward.
* Provide virtual Support to teams in and outside India.
* Experience in handling multi-tiered complex business solutions.
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
* Highly energetic, self-motivated, solution-oriented and self-instructed towards business goals.
* Knowledge of ecommerce platforms either Hybris, Demandware.
* Experience in building the applications with SOA.
* Experience in mobile app development will be a plus.

* Programming: Java / J2EE .NET, ASP, PHP
