Job Title: WindowsAdmin
Role of the System Administration is to perform day to day support on the server like administration, housekeeping, maintenance, upgrade of OS, supporting Hardware problems co-ordination with Vendors, performing Security related controls and checks.
## Duties & Responsibilities:
Ø Upgrade and Maintain OS Versions.
Ø managing the Calls like production Node, Domain controller down, File system corruption on production server and production major H/W failure.
Ø RCA preparation and meeting SLA for RCA submission.
Ø planning and implementing fixes / Patches
Ø Escalation of Disk management task on production system from L2 team.
Ø Complex Health Checking.
Ø Citrix related issues, affecting significant no. of users
