The Role is into Product Development Frontend Developer – Tech Lead • 7+ years Software Development work experience • Solid JavaScript knowledge and familiarity with modern frameworks such as Angular 2+, React, jQuery, Bootstrap, CSS3, LESS, and HTML5, • Strong Object Oriented JavaScript and debugging skills • Lead and participate in the design and implementation (e.g., coding, testing, debugging) efforts. • Experience with responsive, adaptive UI design and development In-depth knowledge of framework code and methods of component architecture. • Provide leadership in all areas of the development process, including UI development standards and practices, system architecture and design, functional and technical design and implementation • Good understanding of UI best practices, RESTful services, Accessibility WCAG 2.0, W3C Standards • Collaborate with team to explore existing systems, determines areas of complexity, potential risks to successful implementation, learn the applications capabilities • Ensure the technical feasibility of UI designs • Experience supporting and troubleshooting live applications/services • Guide in the technical design efforts of various initiatives, ensuring the system design meets scalability and performance requirements. • Maintain high standards of code quality and unit test coverage. • Experience at other dynamic Internet companies, especially Travel companies, is a huge plus • Recent experience building highly scalable enterprise systems a huge plus • Excellent verbal and written skills, with shown ability to communicate complex ideas • Results-oriented and dedicated with proven leadership skills Must have good knowledge in: • JavaScript /Angular/HTML5, CSS3 • Possess leadership and people management skills • Knowledge of performance testing, application tuning and load testing • Good understanding of SDLC methodologies • Actively mentor peers and other software engineers • Excellent verbal and written communications skills COMPANY Profile GSPANN is a US California Bay Area based consulting services provider focused on implementations in the Enterprise Content Management, Business Intelligence & Mobile Solution initiatives.
