Job Description
Learning Pega Platform while coming in from a very different technical pedigree can be challenging but the easy way out is to gain immense product knwoledge, involve great learning while working, and collaborating with peers and team members. The initial few months are very critical to success and if this person takes the initial enablement weeks and utilitizes it to the core, it will help ina big way gainging confidence on Platform while also winning trust of team members. There are so many home grown TLs and Managers in Pega who have organically grown in the system by adopting great attitude and appetite to learn and conquer.
Job Requirement:
• 8 to 11 years of experience in either Java,oops concepts / C# Dot net ; Database design; Design patterns; Debug High Availability, Performance; Strong in architecture; Strong problems solving and troubleshooting skills
• Good to have UI (JS,angular JD,CSS, HTML 5); Any lead experience /Architect in their current company ;Familiarity with cloud architecture
