Experience: 7-10 yrs
Primary Skill: Java/ Nodejs, Reactjs, Javascript, Micro services
What you will Do:
- He/She should have lead a team of size 5-10 members and involved in end-to-end phases of the project starting from requirements gathering, design, coding, testing and implementation. He should be able to co-ordinate with stakeholders across the globe, provide estimates, involve in stand-up calls, provide status updates to manager, track the releases, measure the adoption, share the highlights and involve in the preparation of material (PPT) during executive reviews.
- He/She should have experience of driving projects in agile methodology. There shouldn't be any inhibitions to - work with cross functional teams in driving major programs planned for the organization.
- He/she should involve in the weekly updates to the executive management.
- Java certification / Agile certification / Project management certification is added advantage.
What you should have:
- Looking for Technical Leads having hands-on development experience on Java/ Nodejs, Java Script, J2EE based applications on ReactJS framework (Mandatory), appropriate middleware knowledge such as Spring Rest and Hibernate, webserver knowledge on Spring Boot/Tomcat including experience in developing micro services.
- He/She should have experience on DEVOPS tools, database knowledge and able to write DB scripts, familiarity with reporting tools.
- He/She should have good communication skills(Mandatory) and should be a great team player. Based upon the need, he/she should be able to quickly come up with prototypes by exploring the new APIs, open source software and the existing components in the applications.
